It still such a shock for what was a major drought here in California…This was supposed to be a third straight year of the weather condition known as La Niña, with another dryer than normal winter…But the unexpected onslaught began in December, and has not let up since…So the forecast here for Tuesday and Wednesday is for a record breaking 14Th ‘Atmospheric River’ to hit the inland Empire this season…So very high winds, heavy rain, possible thunder storms, and feet of snow is expected in our hard hit mountain areas…And some long turn models are indicating a very wet April as well…The record for downtown LA is 37.5 inches in 2004-2005, and with many areas at 25 inches this year already, could So Cal break the all time record for rain in one season?
