Annual Autumn Fest Is On This Weekend In Yucaipa At The Historic Uptown

The annual Autumnfest kicked off here in Yucaipa today, with live bands, a car show & cruise, and plenty of food, drink, and merchandise booths for the citizens to enjoy…The featured group tonight, from AXS TV’s ‘The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands’, was 'Fortunate Son', The Tribute to CCR…Led by Brad Ford, who has starred as CCR's lead singer John Fogerty since 1994, on guitar and harmonica, the band members include Mike Franceschini (Aka "The Butcher") on Guitar/Vocals, Ron Ota (Aka "The Deacon") on Bass /Vocals, and Danny Daniel William Murdy (Aka "The Matrixx") on Drums/Percussion…These guys have been together a long time now, and it shows: You will feel like you are right there with CCR in 1969 at the LA Forum, when the Guess Who opened, and Three Dog Night was the headliner...We have seen this band many times, and once again, they rocked Yucaipa with all of the classic CCR & John Fogerty Hits...The classic car show & cruise was also popular, there was a good selection of classic cars to drag racers, and many families even brought their fur babies to this poplar event...The fun continues Saturday night with more live bands, from Country to the 80's...Come on down, the event is free!
