Mentone Film Festival Rocks Mill Creek Cattle Co

The annual Mentone Film Festival was held last week at Diamond Jim's Opera House (Mill Creek Cattle Co) in Mentone, CA from November 10Th to the 12Th. The three day show featured Western Wednesday, Veterans Day Thursday, and Film Awards Friday. The festival had both feature films and shorts, westerns, comedy, drama and thrillers, all from the Indie Genre...

On Friday, the audience had a blast as the awards were given for best picture, director, and for the actors in these movies...Western Wednesday included 'Miracle In The Valley' and 'The Forgiven', The Vets on Thursday got war & military films from 'The Girl Who Wore Freedom' to 'The Invisible Project', and Friday's award show day featured 'Divertimento' to 'Bandwidth' and more...The awards were handed out at 8:00PM, with the honorees then heading to the red carpet and the green room...It was a great festival for local film buffs!
