Yaamava’ Casino Resort Opens Its New Concert Venue With The Red Hot Chili Peppers

Move over Agua Caliente's 'The Show': There is a new top concert venue in Indian gaming, and it's right down the hill from Yucaipa in Highland, the new 'Yaamava' Theatre'...The venue can seat up to 3,000 guests, and has four levels with nine VIP suits...Whereas 'The Show' is more like a mini, round Universal Amphitheatre,  the 'Yaamava' Theatre'  is more like a mini, square 'Microsoft Theatre' at LA Live...

At the grand opening Thursday Night, (The concert was for Tribal Members and their invited guests only), the Rock & Roll Hall of fame group 'The Red Hot Chili Peppers' were the openers...Flea and Co performed for one hour, doing the biggest hits, from 'Califonication' to 'Give It Away'...We did see our old buddies from 96.7 KCAL FM (And now 92.5 KQLH FM) Jimbo & Jackie among the VIP's, and we were in Rock & Brews for the No 1 tribute to Led Zeppelin, Swan Montgomery's  'Led Zeppagain', a rare Thursday evening performance that was at 9:00PM instead of 7:00PM to tie into the Chilli's show...

So the rumors are that the first public show in late April or early May could be Bruno Mars, Or Taylor Swift...Stay tuned!
